Slow service, but worth it

Spaintei, an husband and wife owned and run Spanish themed restaurant, has been operating in Kawagoe for more than 40 years. It has won all sorts of awards over the years and had the Guinness record once for the largest pot, which you can see outside the restaurant. The service is really slow in my experience. On our last visit, for example, we waited an hour for food after ordering. But we weren't in a hurry and I love this restaurant so much I still give it five stars! Their paella is renowned, but they also do a great omelette dish at lunch and meat dish at night.
