Omigawajouyama park - a beautiful park on the hill, where ancient castle used to be
From Heian to Muromachi period a powerful Kuriibara clan's castle used to be here, inner citadel ruins still remain here nowadays. You can enjoy this park during all four seasons and see different blossoming flowers. In spring lots of someiyoshino sakuras and azalea blossom and fill in the park with its blooming making the place one of the best one to enjoy hanami. Omigawajouyama park is the second one best place in Chiba prefecture where you can enjoy sakura's blooming.
