Books for all the family

Asaka City Library is a really popular library. It is in a good location in the hearth of a housing area with other public facilities surrounding it, such as the public city gym and sports facilities. They have a really great selection of English books for adults, including a decent selection of books about Japan. It is the second best selection of English books for adults I have found in a library in Saitama. They also have some English magazines. The kids area is brilliant and is always buzzing with kids, grant it quietly buzzing! In the kids area they have a lovely tatami area bang smack in the middle of the thousands of kid's books, where you can lie out. Or sleep as some adults often do! The library has air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. There is parking, but I believe it is charged.
