Halal Bites of Japan #21 - Finally found Shawarma in Tokyo!!

I can't tell you how happy I was to finally eat a proper Shawarma here in Tokyo!! There are hundreds of doner kebab places all over the place but no one comes close to making a proper Shawarma - with properly spiced carved chicken, fries and pickled cucumbers. This places also serves amazing Mandi with ever so moist chicken that falls off the bone and very flavorful rice sprinkled with toasted nuts. We got another serving of just the grilled chicken cause it was that good! I had to personally go and thank the chef because this food made me feel I was back in Middle East. He's from Jordan and knowing this I'll have to try their Kabsa (meat over rice) next time too. Definitely do visit this place if you're missing Arab food or want to try it for the first time. My recommendations - Single chicken Shawarma and chicken Mandi.
