Cremo Sognare is a gelato specialty store in the Joetsu area of Niigata, and if you want a sweet treat fix it's a great place to check out. It's located within the MUJI store at the Naoetsu Shopping Center, so it's convenient if you want to do some broader shopping, too. You order via a touch screen system, which has English descriptions as well as Japanese, which is handy! Along with standard soft cream in a cup or cone, they also have things like seasonal parfaits, espresso affogato, and even tea affogato!
