For years I passed this window front in Kawagoe's tourist area with ever going into the shop! But finally one day, when I was in the market for a mask, I had an excuse to go in! They've a great collection of masks all year round, not just at festival time. Before masks filled the window front, it was full of cool character necklace candy. It was always a draw for my kids!
