Only shop on country route 299 between Hanno and Hidaka

Route 299 is one of the main routes in and out of Chichibu, but despite this there is very little on the stretch of road between Hanno and Hidaka. There are a few restaurants, but Seims is the only shop heading toward Hidaka. The shop has been there for years. A lot of its business is from people travelling to and from the Chichibu area. With the result apart from selling the things you normally find in a drug store, they also sell perishable food and camping goods. They have cheap water shoes and some fishing shoes too. There is a toilet for patron's use. The toilet for wheelchair users has a cot in it to hold a baby and for nappy changing. The car park is quite big. There is no English available. It is open from 9 am to 8.45 pm seven days a week.
