Nice place to recharge

If you are touring Kawagoe on foot, it can add up to a lot of steps. And while street food is great for an energy boost, sometimes its really nice to sit down. When I am touring Kawagoe I often don't have a lot of time to go into a restaurant for a meal. I like Fuku Fuku Stand because they have filling food, such as onigiri rice balls, and somewhere to sit down (outdoors) and recharge. Moreover, they are not as expensive as other cafes / restaurants - they usually have a 100 yen onigiri of the day. And the other onigiri are 120 yen.
