Eye-catching temple

I stopped at this temple on my way between two other destinations simply because it caught my eye with the beautiful red temple gate and red lanterns as well as the flowers. Google Maps tells me it is a Shingon Buddhist temple dedicated to Yakushi Nyorai, the Buddha of healing. Reportedly, the temple is known for its historical links to the Kamakura-period warrior Oyama Tomomasa, whose grave is located here.
