Hachiman Shrine

More than what I thought

I was passing this shrine yesterday and noticed both cherry blossoms and festival lanterns, so I decided to pull in to investigate. I imagine it doesn't look half as appealing without the cherry blossoms in bloom, but looking it up online, it seems that it is a fairly well-known shrine and it gets high reviews on Google maps. It's not somewhere I would recommend going out of your way to visit, but if you are passing in the sakura season, it might be worth a quick visit.
