This Matsumoto Kiyoshi is located close to the Subway restaurant and 7-Eleven convenience store - a pocket of Haneda Airport that is affordable for all! They are on the 3rd floor of Terminal 3, near the elevators to the bus, before the check in counters. It is a compact branch, but they have it laid out very well and have a good selection of medicines and cosmetics.
