Tenshin is a ramen restaurant located in the Minamiuonuma area of Niigata, and they've got some unique types on the menu. The mapo tofu ramen is really good, and the portion sizes are very generous. The restaurant is close to the Ishiuchi Ski Resort, so keep it in mind for a warming feed if you're visiting in winter.
