Torii in the water
This is one of several shrines that have torii in the water which makes a great photo and memory of a trip to Hakone. However, on weekends in particular, it is often busy enough that you have to queue to get a photo. You normally have to queue to get the shrine stamp (goshuin) too. The walk to the shrine is very picturesque. There is an atmosphere on these shrine's grounds. There are quite a few steps you need to take too, something to consider if you plan to visit with children. There are three free parking lots for the shrine.

Picturesque shrine, but can be crowded
If you've visited Hakone, it's highly likely you've also been to Hakone Shrine since it's probably one of the most visited spots in the area. The grounds of the shrine are beautiful, and the torii in the water is a very popular photo spot -- I highly recommend getting there early if you want a photo with the torii, as when the shrine gets crowded you'll have to queue and wait (yes, that happens). Overall though, really nice shrine grounds with beautiful natural surrounds.
