Soft serve ice cream and good coffee

Gecko is located in Niigata's Nishi Ward, and it's a nice spot to get some soft serve ice cream or a cold coffee during these hot summer days. At the moment they have a limited-time green tea soft serve which is nice if you want something more traditionally Japanese, and I think the combo of milky ice cream and the earthy green tea works well together. The coffee is good here, too! There is some seating inside but not a ton, so just keep that in mind if you plan on visiting.
