Excelsior Caffe

Still has a smoking room

I was very surprised when I went into Excelsior Caffe near Kawagoe station recently to find it still has a smoking room. Maybe other cafes do too and I just haven't noticed before, but I noticed here. It doesn't bother me and there wasn't a smell of cigarettes in the no smoking area. This branch is close to Kawagoe station, on the way from the station to Crea Mall if you cut through the corridor in Atre. As such, its usually quite busy, but the staff are efficient.
