    Interesting spot for history buffs

The Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Museum is an interesting stop for anyone who is curious about Japanese history and science. It celebrates the life of Hideyo Noguchi, who if you didn't know, is the famous scientist who used to be featured on the 1000 yen banknote until it was changed in 2024. Some of the highlights include his preserved childhood home, personal history exhibits, and interactive displays that make learning about bacteria fun for all ages. Admission is ¥800 for adults and ¥400 for children aged from 6–14, with preschoolers entering free.
