Lots of Staff, Large Variation of Service

I went to get a strange sensation on my finger checked out, but staff on the phone recommended I go to a skin doctor even though I described (through an interpreter) that it felt like a joint issue. On arriving, I filled out some in-take forms and waited a while to see a friendly dermatologist and a kindly nurse, the latter of which let out an exasperated sigh when she heard that staff had recommended the dermatology department for my case. Immediately, she told us we should gave gone to an orthopedic specialist first, but assured us the dermatologist would do what they can during the very limited public hours of the hospital. Wait times are fairly long, but that is to be expected considering how many people come to this building. I had to wait about a half hour to see the dermatologist, then another half hour for an ultrasound the dermatologist had ordered in a different department. This ultrasound tech was kind of cold, though it was probably because she was running out of supplies. Anyway, in summary: long wait times, some staff are friendly and helpful while others are cold and/or careless.
