I spotted one for the first time at Sonic City, the convention center and music hall in Saitama City. The rooms provide a space for parents to nurse, change diapers, and take a break with their kids. Each room has a bench and a screen. With the app used to locate the booths, parents can measure the height and weight of their children, too. Many shopping centers and department stores have safe spaces for parents to take care of their kids, but this concept places free-standing booths in any location.
