A pet shop and more
This is probably the friendliest pet shop I have ever been to. Obviously, I didn't look like the kind of person who was going to buy a pet. But even still, the staff was super friendly and offered to show me the pets if I wanted to. (I declined.) What's cool about this pet shop is how big it is. Seriously, the rows of pet goods they have goes on for as long as the eye can see. They also offer pet grooming services if you're interested. However, my favorite part of this shop is in the back of the store. They have a mini (paid) petting zoo that you can enter for 200 yen every 10 minutes. They have a lot of pets there, from normal pets like hamsters to weirder ones not for purchase like owls. Normally, I wouldn't suggest a pet store being a good place to kill time... But in this case, there's a lot of things for both you and your pet to enjoy here!
