This Sanrio shop in the Premium Outlets in Fukaya Hanazono is supposed to an outlet shop, but it really isn't it. Its practically a scam. They call themselves an outlet because they have a very small selection of items that are discounted. And you have to be careful as they are only the ones with a yellow tag on them. Everything else is really expensive, even with a sale on. The items that are discounted are generally the least popular characters and items. Moreover, you have to buy five of the to get the dscount, which is 20% off.
