You have to get here while it's hot, as the building, Family Kashiwa, at the east exit of Kashiwa Station, is undergoing a refit. Nano is one of the last holdouts, serving tea, coffee, and light fare on the first floor. A highlight is the impeccably dressed proprietor. Enjoy it while it lasts.
