Compact convenience store in the station

It would seem that Tomony are a common convenience store on the Seibu train lines. This one is Kokubunji is located before the ticket gates, so anyone can use it. Some of the other Tomony on the Seibu line are after the ticket gates, so can only be used by travelers. I thought this branch was fine, but online many people mention bad customer service. Open 6.30 am to 11 pm. There is a lottery kiosk next door.
