Raw purin with 30 minute shelf life

There is a small "Chichibu Purin" shop within Takahashi pickles were they sell fresh, raw 'purin' Japanese 'pudding' which is really caramel creme! It has to be consumed within 30 minutes of purchase! They also have 'purin' that lasts 1 to 2 months depending on the flavor. The raw pudding really is on a whole other level to regular purin.
