Hearty, filling meals

Benten is a shokudo-style eatery in Nagaoka, and they have a good variety of different dishes on offer. Expect to find things like curry rice, katsu, pasta dishes, ramen, stir-fried pork, and plenty more. I don't think there's a single dish over 1000 yen on the menu (and most are significantly less than that), so it's pretty budget friendly. Closed on Sundays.
