Italian in a unique building

La Pentolaccia is an Italian restaurant in the Joetsu area of Niigata, and it's in such a unique building that it's almost worth visiting for that alone! The food is great, too, with some fantastic wood fired oven pizzas and various pasta dishes. If you go at lunch, they have sets coming in at just under 2000 yen with your choice of pizza or pasta, plus an appetizer, focaccia, dessert, and drink. I think for the amount of food and the quality it's great value!
