Cafe Eisu is a really cool place to check out if you like seasonal eats and parfaits, as they excel in those things! Depending on the time of the year that you visit, you'll have a lineup of different fruit flavors for them, but I think that makes them as fresh and tasty as possible. They also offer meals if you're more of a savory than sweet fan, but I've only tried the parfaits.
