Free museum about the father of visual effects

Eiji Tsuburaya is nicknamed the 'father of visual effects' and is very famous within the cinema world. He is also known to be the creator of "Kaiju" and is widely recognised as the co-creator of both Godzilla and the Ultraman characters. On the upper floor of the Sukagawa Civic Center Tette, there is a free museum with loads of interesting information. You can learn about visual effects and Tsuburaya's characters. There is a Godzilla statue in the museum, but you cannot take photos in the museum. However, there are two kaiju, from the Ultraman series, on the first floor of the building that you can take photos of.
