Sayama Chuo Children's Hall

'Jidokan' with planetarium

The Sayama Chuo (central) Children's hall is a community play center known as a Jidokan in Japanese. This one has a planetarium, which quite a few of them do. This planetarium is quite old, built in 1977! But still very popular. Unfortunately, on our last visits the planetarium was temporarily closed, as it was during the pandemic.
