Now an arcade with crane games
Earlier in the year when visiting the famous Dolls' Pyramid of Elumi Shopping center, I popped by this play center to see if I could get updated information. And was disappointed to find that it has closed permanently. Reportedly it closed during the pandemic. There is an arcade, 'Taito Station' in its place with dozens of crane games.

Kids play center in larger amusement center
Kids Park is a children's play center within the larger Amuseum amusement center on the third floor of the Elumi Shopping Mall in Konosu. The mall is at the Konosu train station. Its quite a nice kids play area, albeit quite small. Its best suited to children under the age of six. The children's center has some make believe play areas, a bouncing castle and ball pool. In order to play in the area you need to sign up for membership which has a once off cost too. Then play is charged by the hour or you can choose a package on a weekday. Please note that due to the State of Emergency in Saitama because of the Coronavirus, this play center is temporarily closed. It is expected to open back up on May 7th, unless the State of Emergency is extended.
