Higashimatsuyama Total Hall

More municipal services

Higashimatsuyama Sogo Kaikan has been translated as "Higashimatsuyama Total Hall" on Google maps. Its not the translation I'd give it, but its stuck now! The building is across the road from Higashimatsuyama City Hall. It was intended for something else, but basically it houses all the municipal / government houses that couldn't fit into the city hall! There is also a small exhibition area, which currently has an exhibition about Higashimatsuyama's nobel prize winner Takaaki Kajita.
