There are quite a few Baskin Robbins in Saitama, but most are independently run. Unlike other franchise food stores in the area, the Baskin Robbins don't have correlation. I have found that even if you have a voucher for Baskin Robbins you can only use it in the branch where you received it, not in another nearby branch. This branch is located in the food court on the 2nd floor. They offer all the regular flavours as well as some seasonal ones. They are generous at giving out samples of their ice-cream. You can eat in or take out. If you are eating in the seating area is shared with the food court, but they also have some Baskin Robbin seats near the till. Despite being a small branch it is very popular and it is not unusual to have to queue. It is open from 10 am to 9 pm. Parking is free and shared with Peony Walk.
