Surprisingly affordable parking

I don't know why, but there is a really reasonably priced parking lot a short walk from the West exit of Honkawagoe station. It is very rare to find parking for less than 300 yen per half hour this close to a station in the tourist area of Kawagoe. This parking area only costs 200 yen for 40 minutes. The next nearest one charges 400 yen for 30 minutes!
