Daily Dish Marilyn is a restaurant in Niigata City which focuses on Japanese-style cuisine, and they're only a minute away from Niigata Station which is pretty convenient! Their hamburger steak is top tier, and it uses Murakami beef. I'm a big fan of places that incorporate the local element into their eats, so they get some points for that! They also have a Murakami beef Bolognese which I'm keen to try on another visit.
