Ojiya Station Magikarp (Koiking) manhole

Another fun Magikarp-themed manhole

Ojiya has a few Magikarp (Koiking) themed manholes around the city thanks to the fact it's known for its koi, and this one outside Ojiya Station is the easiest one to see if you're visiting the area via public transport. It's located right beside the koi-shaped underground passageway (hard to miss!) so it's fun to check out if you're transiting through. I don't think it's as detailed as the one that features the hot air balloons as well, but it's still so lovely and vibrant and fits with the character of this part of Japan perfectly.
