Another free view of Toyama

The Toyama City Hall Observation Tower is another free way to get some great views out over the Toyama area. The tower itself is 70 meters tall, and you get full 360 degree panoramas of not just the city but the surrounding nature and mountains. It's located in easy walking distance from Toyama Station and from attractions like Toyama Castle.
