At Nagareyama Ootakanomori Station, the junction between the Tsukuba Express and Tobu Noda lines, there are are number of casual dining options. On my most recent visit, I opted for a variation on fried rice with noodles slathered with brown sauce and mayonnaise. It's unctuous, laden with umami, and of course, calorific.
