Nelson's Tea

Tea from Sri Lanka

Nelson's tea is an unassuming tea shop close to Honkawagoe Station. It specializes in tea from Sri Lanka. You can sample the tea which is very useful as they have many different flavors. When it first opened it only sold the tea and you couldn't have it on site, but on my last visit (October 2023) they had tables and chairs and a small menu of snacks. For imported specialty tea its not expensive, but its not cheap either. The snacks are reasonably priced. They have an online shop as well.
