Fast, polite service

Around Kita-Kashiwa Station on the Joban local line, there are a half-dozen places to eat. However, they're either a commitment (think neighbourhood izakaya popular with locals) or poorly rated on Google Maps. So I settled for Hidakaya. I had a poor customer experience at the location at Nishi-Chiba, but the Kita-Kashiwa shop has polite servers. I was welcomed and seated right away, and the servers looked at ease and smiled. The menu is reliable and satisfying.
