Chiakigahara Furusato no Mori is a pleasant spot to enjoy seasonal flowers, with a variety of blooms available to appreciate at any given time. It's a green space surrounding some of Nagaoka's best cultural facilities (such as the Prefectural Museum of Modern Art and Lyric Hall), so if you have plans to visit any of those places it's nice to dedicate a bit of time to appreciate nature, too!
