Higashimatsuyama City Hall is located relatively close to Higashimatsuyama station. If you are living in Higashimatsuyama city it is inevitable that you will end up visiting there at some point as this is where you can get all the necessary documentation for life in Higashimatsuyama. I don't even live in the city and there are times that I need to visit there! The staff there are excellent and you can pick up some really useful information. But it is a really old building and it is quite small considering all the different government departments that should be housed within. With the result that they also use the facility across the road for some of the government offices.
