Nodashi Station 野田市駅

Spacious, elevated station on the Tobu Urban Park Line

In March 2024, Tobu Urban Park Line's Nodashi Station will open a new platform which means that trains in each direction will arrive and depart on either side of the platform. The elevated station has a clean but austere interior. The brick facade gives a nod to the history of the area where there are brick buildings that preserve the industrial history of "Soy Sauce City". The city asked an arborist to preserve and cultivate the seeds of the Himalayan cedar that used to stand in front of the station. Here's hoping the descendants of that tree thrive in the park that is planned for the west side of the station.
