Unpretentious ramen shop

Located just under 20 minutes driving time from the Niigata Airport area, Saburou is an unpretentious ramen spot where you order from a vending machine setup. Most types are between 650 and 850 yen, and you can opt for additional noodles for between 150 and 250 yen depending on how much more you want. Because it's a freestanding store there's a decent amount of parking around the building, I had no issues finding a spot when we visited. There's a good mix of table and counter seating depending on what you'd prefer.
