House of Magpies

Love the design and the natural material focus

The House of Magpies art installation is located in the Tsunan area of Niigata Prefecture, and it's entirely made from natural materials of clay, sand, fire, and wood. The artist for this piece is from Korea, and apparently there magpies are meant to be a sign of happiness, hence the name of the piece. I personally love the design of this one, and the illustrations on it are really beautiful as well!
