Caramel Labo is (as the name suggests) a caramel specialty store in Yokohama, and they sell a wide variety of it! There are types with flavorings like vanilla and coffee, or mix-ins like nuts or rum raisin. They also do nicely presented caramel gift boxes which are good for omiyage for your coworkers, friends, family, etc. The baked goods and drinks are great as well. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
