Imori Pond

Scenic nature in Myoko

Imori Pond is a lovely scenic spot in the Myoko area of Niigata Prefecture, and part of the appeal is that Mount Myoko reflects off the pond's waters. Even on an overcast day it was still beautiful, and there's a path that goes completely around the pond (takes about 15 minutes to do the loop) so you can really appreciate the nature. Worth visiting if you appreciate natural wonders and you're in the area.
