Creative soba and more

Soba Days is (as the name suggests) a primarily soba-focused restaurant in Niigata City, but they get quite creative with the dishes they serve up. For instance, one of their soba dishes comes topped with kimchi, natto, and cream cheese -- I didn't opt for that one. At certain times of the year they also offer special menu items like soup curry, which you can get in a set with their soba noodles on the side. I think it's definitely a spot worth visiting if you're a soba aficionado.
