Manpei park is a small park in Kumagaya city, but it has a really great playground. Moreover, it has some stunning cherry blossoms in spring and supposedly the higanbana are pretty here too. I went earlier in the week in the hope of finally seeing the higanbana here, but I was too early for them! It loses a star because it has no parking lot!
