Kabira Bay

Ultra scenic with postcard-worthy views

If you're visiting Ishigaki Island, one of the best-known spots to check out is Kabira Bay. The waters are crystal clear and the shoreline is dotted with boats, making for some really pretty views. This isn't the place to bring your swimming attire, though -- you can't actually go for a dip here because of pearl cultivation in the area. You can go on glass-bottomed boat tours though if you have an interest in exploring the bay's coral and marine life.
