Cool concept: rotating chefs

Walker is the brand name of a range of magazine-books, known as 'Mook' in Japanese. Their "Ramen Walker" mook is particularly popular. So there was great excitement when this restaurant was opening. I presume the Walker magazines are published by Kadokawa as this Walker restaurant is in Tokorozawa Sakura Town which is operated by the publishing giants. The chefs rotate, each offering a different specialty. I am not a foodie, so I have no idea who the chef was the day I visited nor what is specialty is, but the ramen was really delicious!
