Yamato no Sato is a rest area of sorts. Yamato is famous natural fresh water of Yorii. There is a water mill on the grounds and a community center of sorts. There are also toilets for people who are hiking in the area. And an udon restaurant if you are looking for something to eat. The next nearest place with food is miles away!
